[HELP] How to remove Write Protected Phone Memory and "Other" data from Microsoft Lumia 735

I have been trying to free up space on my Microsoft Lumia 735 (which has the Window Phone 8.1 Update 2 software) for a few months now, but I can't remove the write protection on a couple folders, which are Music, Downloads, and Documents. I have also been trying to do the same with the "Other" data, but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know how to get rid of the data? Because I would like to have more space and not resort of an SD card.

check that is these data is in your phone storage or in your SD Card External Storage. Because sometimes SDcards become Write Protected and sometimes it will happen when your SD card have some virus. Clean and Format your SDcard from Windows PC by card reader.

If write protected data files are in your phone's internal storage then simply first backup your important data and then Factory reset the device from settings or Hard Reset it. But make sure you have all the data and Factory reset protection is turned off before hard reset.

may this info will help you.
