Hi I am de brother and I am using a Nokia Lumia 630 dual sim and I am running on an os version 8.1

When I try to go to the store I see a massage saying"there was a problem completing the action "along with error code 805a0190 I heard that I have to upgrade my phone to windows10 but I don't have an upgrade advisor what can I do?

please help me I really love my phone I will appreciate
