My computer won't wake up after automatic turn off screen as per power plan time in Windows 10

I have followed bellow step but I'm not able to find Power management  tab

a: Press Windows key + X.

b: Then click Device Manager.

c: Click on keyboard, it will display your keyboard, right click and go to properties. 

I'm using HP Laptop with Windows 10 Home Single Language Version (10.0.19041.450)

Dose anybody have solution ?

    Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I'm a Windows technical expert. I'll be happy to help you out today.

    Most modern laptops do not support waking the the device from the built in keyboard. This is not a limitation in Windows, but instead the feature is lacking from the firmware for the device. This is done to conserve battery life. In some older devices, you can workaround this by going into the BIOS and toggling the Power Management options but I do not know if that option is supported on your laptop.

    Does your computer go to sleep is you go to Start > Power > Sleep? If not, how about when you lock the computer and from the lock Window then close the lid?

    Can you toggle that option on in advanced power management options (see attached image)?

    Which issue are you looking to address? The lack of a power management tab for the PS2 KB or the computer shutting down and not sleeping? The former is a limitation of your computer's power management features, or lack thereof. If the latter, you may have a misconfigured or conflicting power setting . Run an elevated command shell (CMD) and run the following command to generate a detailed power management report: powercfg -energy

    wonder if its windows 10 sleep issue or hp issues

    i close laptop .plan is set to sleep but windows shuts off

    hp envy
