How do I get rid of this virus? "All Restricted applications?"

I have a HP All-in-One 22-c0063w that I bought 1 and half months ago and caught a bad virus that completely took over my computer (Stop code o000063A{?} message)

Just a few days ago I got the Windows 10 download to reset my computer. I got it and had CS representative guide me through the process and I got my computer back up and running for a few days, everything was fine until around 8:00 am this morning I noticed my computer is not running right.....long story short: I looked into my System properties and see that "All Restricted Applications Packages" has full permission again. The one good thing is that I am still the Admin on my computer but How do I get rid of this virus? I ran the McAfee anti-virus software on my computer and McAfee says everything is fine "no viruses" ....I think McAfee needs to get out of the anti-virus business.

  Can anyone please help me?

    Hi Jadee,

I don't think "All Restricted Applications Packages" is anything that you need to get rid of.

    Please see this.

I find this on my PC as well.   You may just be gun shy after your previous experience.

Be sure to completely remove McAfee, by using its "removal" tool, available from McAfee.

Download a free copy of MalwareBytes, and scan your PC . First set it to "Scan for Rootkits.

Let it remove all that it detects. If you have any malware, it will surely find it.

    Good luck,  Glen
