Microsoft Store Error 0x80070070: My SSD is full but it won't let me download anything to my other drive? How do I fix this?

I've checked all over the store app, and I can't find any option or setting to change to make it download to another drive.

    My name is Francis. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

    Try this one,

    Press windows button.

    Search for Storage settings.

    Look for More settings.

    Click on Change where the new content is saved.

    Select your preferred drive.

    Restart your PC

    Try to install again.
