    You will need to download Windows 10 2004 64bit using media creation tool. This all-in-one will do the job of downloading the ISO, unpacking it, and creating a bootable Windows 10 media device (usually USB drive) or you can run an in-place upgrade to 64bit.     Negative, cannot be done. Changing bitness requires reinstalling the OS. Ignore my nomenclature on "in-place" upgrade as I was referring to the fact you can run the setup to install 64bit without having to go into a PXE environment.
