    Hello hadimotahari,

go to Settings> Network and Internet> WI-FI, click on Manage known networks on the side, select and then remove all network profiles from the list. Reconnect to the hotspot by correctly re-entering the wi-fi password.

If you still can't connect, temporarily configure usb tethering on your phone, then connect it to your computer via the usb cable and check if you can access the internet in this way.

If via usb tethering works, reconfigure the hotspot on your phone again and try to connect to wi-fi again.

    Hello dear Franco

So sorry for my late response.

Yes, The hotspot network detected by my laptop and I'm pretty sure that the hotspot network is completely correct and do well with other devices.

Other devices can connect to the same hotspot but my laptop cannot connect.

I attach the screenshot of the error message.

Is the hotspot network detected by your laptop?

    I repeat the questions:

Can other devices connect to that hotspot? If you run the Troubleshooter tool, what is the error message you get from Windows?

    Hello hadimotahari,

were you previously able to connect to that hotspot? Can other devices connect to that hotspot? If you run the Troubleshooter tool, what is the error message you get from Windows?

Try to reset network connections: Open CMD or PowerShell and run as administrator, copy and paste the following commands by pressing enter at the end of each command line:

    netsh winsock reset

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh advfirewall reset

    ipconfig / flushdns

    ipconfig / release

    ipconfig / renew

Restart the computer at the end of all commands.
