I can't install the Samsung Driver for Mobile Phones on Windows 10. I tried to reinstall it, change the cable, USB port, sfc scan, DISM,.. but it doesnt work(No Samsung Driver in Device Manager, can't recognize connected phone).
Can someone help me?

Have you already enabled the USB debugging mode which is located most likely in Settings>Accessibility or About Phone?

How are you trying to connect your phone? Have you gone to Settings>Phone? What model Samsung phone do you own?

I want to connect with my through USB cable because i want to root it.
Is there any option of Media Device (MTP) in your phone? It is usually located in Settings>Storage>tap the More icon>Select "Media Device (MTP)"
I do, I wanted to root my device so I enabled OEM unlock and USB debugging.
How are you trying to connect your phone? Have you gone to Settings>Phone? What model Samsung phone do you own?
