Hello,
Please try these steps:
- Open Device Manager.
- Locate your network adapter, right click and select Properties.
- In the property sheet, switch to Power Management tab.
- Uncheck Allow computer to turn off this device to save power option.
- Click OK, close Device Manager.
See if the issue is resolved.
If issue still persists, try Network Reset:
- Open Settings app, click Network & Internet > Status > Network reset link.
- Now click on Reset button on next screen.
- In confirmation prompt appearing next, click Yes.
