Remove PUA:Win32/Zugo Toolbar

My Microsoft Defender is showing the above - PUA:Win32/Zugo Toolbar - and it will not remove it?  

How do I get this off my computer?

Help?

    It may be that the PUA:Win32/Zugo Toolbar is no longer active but still remain in Windows defender. Please follow the link below on how to remove the detection history from your PC.

    And please try to re-scan Windows Defender to double check if it will still detect it.
