Good day! I'm Raniel, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

Were you able to check if your machine is up-to-date with the latest security patches from Microsoft?

Can you try to enable the built-in administrator account and see if you'll be able to launch the game:

    1. Press Windows+R on your keyboard and type "cmd" then press OK
    2. On the command prompt window, type net user administrator /active:yes and press Enter
    3. Perform a reboot, login to your admin account.
    4. Once done, try to launch sea of thieves
    5. If it still won't launch, temporarily disable your antivirus and try again.

You may also re-register Windows apps

    1. On your search bar, type "Windows PowerShell" and select Run as administrator
    2. Type the command:

    Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted and press Enter

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} and press Enter

    1. Close the powershell window and go to C:/Users/yourusername/AppData/Local and look for the folder "TileDataLayer" > delete the folder if found (skip to the next step if the folder doesn't exist)
    2. Perform a reboot and check again

In case the issue still persist, I suggest that you perform the additional steps on this article for further troubleshooting: https://support.seaofthieves.com/hc/en-gb/artic...

    I hope this helps.
