I would remove S Mode.  S Mode restricts any but Store apps from being installed, is probably more appropriate to corporate or school PC's and not consumer rigs because of the severe restriction of choice.  Removing S Mode does not affect the performance of the PC in any way, unless you acquire adware by not watching closely enough when installing freeware that sneaks it in.

Exit S Mode following this guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/445606...

If it won't complete it can mean the servers are overloaded so you can try again later, or contact Microsoft. This can also mean the Store needs repair.

You can contact Microsoft Support by one of these phone numbers:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/405170...

You can also go here: https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/... choose the link for Browser help, interact briefly with the robot about your exact problem, keep replying "Agent "until it connects with an agent.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post resolved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Thank you for responding.  I have attempted to download from the website, but I keep getting a message that states:

This helps protect your PC and keep it running smoothly.

    C:\Users\pasto\Downloads\FCC_installer_481a407915cf6568540b121199b5a9ff.exe

Still want to run this unverified app?

It says that it is because of the Window 10 S mode.    I need to use the site for our ministry.  What do I need to do?

Hi AC. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator, here to help you.

There is no FCC Free Conference Call app in the Microsoft Store that I can find. Do you have the correct and full name? I don't even find such an app anywhere on the web.

If it's this app then you can download and install it from the web, no need to have a buggy, poorly developed Store app:

Free Conference Call | Full Featured Free Conference Calling

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post resolved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
