My NVidia control panel says that my gpu is running DirectX Version 11.0 but when I open Minecraft bedrock edition it says "Your version may soon not connect to multiplayer" so I click More Info and on the Minecraft website it says
"To ensure that we can devote our resources to the platforms where the most Crafters are playing, we are ending support for certain older devices and platforms where Minecraft is available. Effective in October 2020, Minecraft will no longer be updated or supported on Gear VR, Windows 10 Mobile, Android devices with less than 768MB of RAM, iOS devices running iOS 10 or below, or video cards that only support DirectX 10.1 or below."
so I just don't under stand why I'm getting this message in Minecraft because I have and am running on DirectX version 11.0

Although your GPU does supports DirectX 11, it's feature level is 10_1. The minimum requirements of Minecraft for Windows 10 says that DirectX12 FL11 is required.
