Is there a way to adjust the 2nd monitor brightness in Windows 10, V. 2004?

With regards to your concern, you may adjust the brightness by directly adjusting them in the monitor buttons. Usually, there is a menu button for monitors wherein you could adjust the size and the brightness or contrast of the screen.

You might not see the Change brightness for the built-in display slider or your main monitor on desktop PCs that have an external monitor.

To change the brightness on an external monitor, use the buttons on it.

Unfortunately, you cannot adjust the brightness of the 2nd monitor via windows 10 setting. You can only adjust it using the monitor's screen brightness adjustment. Please see below for related issue.

Thanks for the reply.  Have you tried to adjust the brightness of the external monitor?  Particularly those with USB-C and thunderbolt 3 connectors.  Is it possible to adjust the brightness from Windows?
