I want to reinstall my windows 10. But I want to create a backup of some installed software with data. So, I don't need to implement this after a fresh install of windows.

Don't suggest me to take backup with windows recovery img, It takes full backup with windows. I need to install fresh windows 10 version 1909.

No. This article doesn't help me. This article covers full system backup. I don't need it. I need only some software backup, not the full system backup.

"I want to create a backup of some installed software with data."

You can't backup installed software and restore those back to newly installed Windows. Those required reinstall. You can backup (or copy) to external disk only your own data.

You can create an image of the drive but that will include all installed apps and programs.

Apps and Programs must be reinstalled after a clean install anyway so I can't see a path to recover some installed software to a clean install without the original media.

I use AOMEI backupper to create my backups.
