How do I backup my Iphone to my computer

Finally synced my Iphne with my comouter,  Now Iget message Computer is turned off. Not so.

How do I set up backup of my Iphone to my Computer?

    How to backup iPhone to Windows 10 with iTunes

    Step 1. Connect your iPhone to your Windows 10 PC and launch iTunes.

    If you don't have iTunes, download it here: https://support.apple.com/downloads/itunes

    Step 2. Click the Device button, go to Summary > Back Up Now.

    Step 3. When the backup process has finished, go to iTunes > Preferences > Devices to check the backup.
