System 32 popup, system32 dolbyaposvc, usually around sometime of reopening laptop

Almost every time I open my laptop this will popup. I feel like it started happening around the time of an update.

In the beginning it happened so fast I couldn't see what it said. I haven't seen any helpful advice on the internet for this problem.

I have restarted my laptop and factory reset it after this started happening, but it did not fix the issue. I have had kaspersky, and mcafee, and done scans with them but found nothing. What is wrong with my laptop? I am very concerned this is malware.

    Hi Sofixa,

    I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

    It appears that your sound card driver is triggering the same(Dolby SVC driver). Do you see an entry in Autoruns for the same? Post an Image of Logon Tab of the same.

    On researching the issue, it looks to be related from a Windows app called "Dolby Access for Windows 10". A number of users are hitting the same problem.

    The easiest way would be to nuke the folder and the contents in the Safe mode - before that can you please check if you get some evidence in the everything tab of Autoruns?
