In that case, I would suggest searching the webcam driver on the USB controller section. Please follow the steps below for the detailed instructions.
- Open the Device Manager.
- Click the View tab.
- Click Show hidden devices.
- Go to Universal Serial Bus controllers and double-click it.
- Check if you see the Camera driver.
- Double-click to open the dialog box.
- Click the Driver tab.
- Click on the Roll Back Driver button. (Follow the rest instruction.
- Safely restart the PC.
If that does not help, re-download, and install the Chipset driver from the manufacturer's official website.
