My antivirus identified that CCleaner software as problematic.
How do I unformat a hard drive?
My PC has two operating systems on a C and E drive. I formatted my E drive by mistake when I was trying to format a flash drive. A friend told me there's a way to unformat it. How do I do it? Both drives have Windows 10 Pro.

My Name is Chander and I am Independent Advisor and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. I hope I can help you on your concern.
There is no Microsoft supported way to un-format your data. You may need to use any third party tool like Recuva or remo recover. You should be able to recover the data if the HDD sectors have not been re-written.
