Note, based on known configuration for this computer, it cannot support 4 GBs. Max is 2 GBs in 1x1 configuration. This meets the minimum requirement of 2 GBs for 64bit Windows 10, but you will be at the bottom end and I would expect performance to severely handicapped.
You could mitigate that to some degree with an SSD shard drive to accommodate fast page file and video card with dedicated video RAM. However, now you have to add the cost of Windows 10 Home License since technically the free upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 has expired. There are some sites reporting that it still works, but I cant speak to whether or not that is true.
Taking those costs into consideration, you can likely find a faster and cheaper alternative with Windows 10 pre-installed from large retailers like Walmat, Costco, or refurbished computers on Ebay.
