Im not getting my code sent to me. and if it is i don't know where it is or where to find it please help.

    hey this is my fault sorry, I should have been more clear

    I want to redeem my minecart windows 10 edition, I have Minecraft bought and want to redeem the free code but don't know where the email is sent for example dose it go to my Gmail as google or Microsoft email. i also don't know where the code is sent and i just need help i don't know if I'm not getting my code/email or i don't know where it is at
