Windows 10 Update, June 2020 1909: Printer issue is still not resolved

My printers stopped working after the last Windows 10 update. Unfortunately, I was unable to remove the specific KB update that created the problem because it was no longer listed after the version update .

I just installed the latest version in the hope that the printer problem would have been fixed, but still nothing works.

I have fixed the print queue but not even Microsoft Print to PDF works.

Any suggestion?

    Hi,

This article contains the complete list of optional update which would solve the issue.

    https://focalx.com/blog/2020/06/windows-10-printing-issue-after-june-2020-update/

Don't know why Microsoft never incorporated these optional update into one of the required update.

    Peter.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, multiple shut downs, my Canon will NOT print. I've been a loyal windows customer since the beginning but at this point, Apple is looking really good!  This is the 3rd printer that this has happened to (Printer is offline and never freaking comes back!) since we started with Windows 10. I thought it was HP's problem and went and bought a canon! No, its' just another Windows 10 mess up!
