I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I want to apologize if you encountered this issue. I understand you have a problem with printer not working. Some users already reported this issue which their printer stop working after installing the recent updates. Microsoft is already aware of the issue and working a patch to be deployed in the next update.
Microsoft already released out-of-band cumulative updates for multiple versions of Windows 10 to address a known printing issue. We recommend you only install this optional update if you are affected by this issue.
• Windows 10, version 1909 (KB4567512)
• Windows 10, version 1903 (KB4567512)
• Windows 10, version 1809 (KB4567513)
• Windows 10, version 1803 (KB4567514)
Go to Microsoft Update Catalog
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx
Type the KB number that corresponds to your Windows Version
Download the Update but make sure to check the Windows version and System Type.
x86=32bit
x64=64bit
Install the Update. Restart your Computer.
If it doesn't work, Please consider to reinstall your Printer again.

Press Start then search Settings
Select Update and Security > View update history
Click Uninstall Updates
