    Hello ColleenLucid,

I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.

What are the contents of the DVD that your trying to copy?

    If it's just files:

    1. Insert the DVD in the CD\DVD drive.
    2. Open file Explorer and access the DVD drive.
    3. Select all files (press Ctrl and A keys) then right-click then select copy or CTRL+C.
    4. Select the location where you want to save those files then right click and paste
    5. If you need to copy it on another DVD you can just drag and drop the files after replacing the DVD with a blank one.

If you meant about ripping videos from a DVD, I recommend you use VLC media player:

    Kind regards.
