Enterprise application filter

I have an app registered in my Azure AD Tenant.

If I use the "Enterprise Application" menu item in Azure AD, an try to list it, it will not show in the list if I select Application Type="Enterprise Applications". I need to select Application Type="All applications" to get it to show up. But if I click the app it in the list to display the details, it says "Enterprise Application" up in the left corner.

So it is an Enterprise Application, but it will not classify in the search as an Enterprise Application?

I have also tried the other application types (Microsoft Applications, Managed Identities), but the only way to get it to show in the list is to use "All applications". I would think that "All applications" would be the combination of those 3 other (Enterprise Applications, Microsoft application and Managed Identities) - but I cannot get the application to show if I select any of those individually.

Any ideas why it does not classify in the search as an "Enterprise Application"? Is this a bug?

@Ziggy99 , This scenario reflects for the Enterprise apps that were created using App registration process. Azure team has already fixed it for newly registered apps. But you will see this behavior in the applications that were created few months ago.
We have tested this and confirmed in our environment,
