when I connect Bluetooth speaker with aux cable, it doesn't play sound

which steps go wrong in this case?

finding none of them works..

    I understand that your Bluetooth speaker is not playing sound connected via cable.

    Does other equipment, such as a headphone, have sound connected to the same port?

    Hi, yes it works on the headphones. I eventually found that the aux cable was plugged in the wrong side as my aux cable has desirable side to connect a specific port. Thank you anyways.
