I made a new administrator account and want my apps to get there. Is it possible to transfer all the settings and apps from the old account to a new one without installation

Hello Leonel, my name is Alexander. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'm happy to assist you!

Note: the apps installed from the Microsoft Store are not available on another account. But the settings and user data can be transferred to another administrative account.

Take the following steps to transfer user data and settings:

    1. Open a new administrator account.
    2. Then go to the File Explorer and click on the View tab.
    3. Check the Hidden items.
    4. Go to C:\Users\Old_Username ( C is the drive where Windows is installed, and Old_Username is the profile which you want to transfer files from).
    5. Copy all of the files and folders except for:

    Ntuser.data

    Ntuser.dat.log

    Ntuser.ini

    1. Go to C:\Users\New_Username and paste the files you have copied.

    Best regards,

    Alexander B.
