Hello LYNERHEINZ,
I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.
I can see that the updates wont proceed in downloading.
Here's a list of possible troubleshooting steps to help you fix the problem:
**Run the Windows Update troubleshooter.
You can refer to the link below on how to use the Windows Update troubleshooter:
https://support.microsoft.com/help/4027322
**Run Disk Clean up
Use Disk Clean up to remove delete temporary files that might be causing the update.
https://support.microsoft.com/help/4026616
**Download via Microsoft Update Catalog:
Manually download the update from Microsoft Update Catalog:
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/
Select the exact update to download and install.
**Run SFC & DISM
Windows also has a built-in System File Check (SFC), kindly run SFC & DISM to fix any corrupted Windows System Files:

**Clear Windows Update Cache & components:
- Run Command Prompt as Administrator and enter the commands below:

- Restart your device and check if you'll be able to Update.
**Remove WUServer and WIStatusServer from registry.
- Press Windows key + R, type regedit then hit Enter.
- Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
- Look for WUServer and WIStatusServer in the right pane.
- If it's there delete them.
**Use the Update Assistant:
https://support.microsoft.com/help/3159635
**Advanced Startup
Use Advanced Startup as well to repair any Windows system files that might be causing for the update to fail.
- Open Settings
- Select Update & Security
- Click the Recovery tab.
- Look for Advanced Startup then hit Restart now.
- Once restarted, click Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
- Let it complete the process and see if Windows will be repaired.
**Repair Windows using an installation media:
As a last resort, use an installation media and use the Windows Repair feature to repair your copy of Windows.
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...
- Click the "Download tool now" button.
- Once downloaded run the MediaCreationTool2004.exe file.
- Accept the terms.
- Select Create an installation media, then hit Next.
- Proceed with the prompts.
Once the installation media is created, double click on the file then on the Windows Setup screen, click on Repair your computer.
I hope this helps.
