I don't know what the original problem is for this thread, but I am trying to install my old copy of The Sims 2. Unfortunately, I have tried running in compatibility mode and I keep getting blocked from running the autorun.exe file. The error keeps coming up as being blocked by an Administrator, though I own this PC, and am the Administrator. After running the troubleshooter, I see this program is just not compatible. I would like a way to run my old Windows XP games if at all possible. This is disappointing.

Some Windows 10 XP games can run well on Windows 10 PC. However some others are not fully compatible. When the game won’t start on your new PC, try launching it in the compatibility mode.
