My computer is months old and has windows 10. I also, Installed the new version of shockwave flash player but, I have noticed when I try to load a website with IE using shockwave player, It reloads and reloads until it crashes. When I tried playing a game made with shockwave It says Direct Player error script error #count. Surprisingly my laptop which is recently updated has the same version of shockwave and It works perfect. I been looking for a solution for many months. Anyone can help me resolve this? I would appreciate it.

Both IE and Flash are deprecated products and the support for the same would be removed in the coming months.
Have you tried using MS Edge to run Flash? Please note that Flash would stop working in December.
