Can't update or reinstall the windows with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC

Hello,

So I was younger when i got my laptop and I didn't knew how to install the windows on it, so i gave it to my dad to give it to some of his friends. First, when he gave it to me, I tought it was normal. He installed the Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC version on it, and it's stuck at version 1809, so I don't have Microsoft Store, Cortana and I also can't see my GoPro videos. When i tried to reinstall my windows with the MediaCreationTool, it said that the tool can't update my PC. So i tried to update with using the site version. I installed it, and it says to contact the administrator. So i have two questions now:

1.If i update/reinstall the windows, will it affect the others PC with the same version>

2.I saw something simillar to someone and it said to turn the updater into an ISO. How can i do it?

Also, other ways to fix it?

Thank you for your time and sorry for my bad english.

I am afraid that when i install the windows from the stick it will  ask for a product key, same as it does when i try to run the setup from ISO. Also, there is no later button.

If you don't activate Windows 10 then only features that don't work are the ones to personalize it with colors and backgrounds. I have not heard that it affects downloading games, and I don't think it does.

There's an article about this here:

I would do it yourself, following the gold standard Clean install I gave you which is one of life's great learning experiences that will permanently make you the master of your PC because you will learn everything that works best and how to keep it that way:

    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Make sure during the booted install to follow the illustrated steps to delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, then click Next to let it auto-create the needed partitions, format them and begin install - this makes it foolproof.

After install you can wait to activate it or go ahead and buy a Home key - but be sure to buy it from a major retailer like Amazon who back all sales, or directly from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/windows-10-ho...

Heavily discounted Windows keys are almost always bogus, as you've found.

You can also possible still get WIndows 10 free or for reduced cost here:

There is no category named OEM-BIOS listed.

When i bought it the windows wasn't installed and in the box i haven't seen an activaction code. This friends installed it and there is something telling me it is a cracked version. If it is one, if i go with my laptop to a PC service, they still can resintall the windows? Also, this is the worst scenerio.
