Please try the following methods.
- Start Background Intelligent Transfer Service and Windows Update services.
Type services in the search bar and open the app >> Find and Start the “Background Intelligent Transfer Service and Windows Update” service.
After that , try to run the update again.
- Try to use Update Assistant.

- Manually download and install update from Microsoft Catalog. Just search the cumulative update.

- In-place or repair Upgrade.
