Hi , i have brought my hp mini 210 in the year 2009 , when i have bought it was in winofows p home edition , then after few years i changed it to windows 10 , now windows 10 is hanging badly in my laptop , so i want to go back to windows xp home edition ulcpc , i have the product key for windows xp home editions , but i lost the dvd , so can anyone help me in how to activate and setup it

There are no legal, official XP ISO downloads available from Microsoft.
If you ever find an XP download that does not contain Malware.
How to clean install:
The COA sticker with the product key on it is either on the underside of the Laptop or in the Battery Compartment.
With a Desktop it is either on the side, rear or top of the Computer Case.

You will have to change the Boot Order to make the DVD/CD Drive 1st in the Boot Order and Boot from the Disk:
