can a windows 10 tablet play games and apps?

can i play games on a windows 10 tablet like you would on a desktop PC , like minecraft java edition , steam , console emulators , cetera. also can you use programs such as krita , ccleaner , firefox , ImgBurn , cetera.

I'm thinking about getting windows 10 tablet i never own a tablet and was wondering which one i should get , that would get most of the job done , i mostly play games.

    The Atom cpu's Cherry Trail x7 integrated graphics is a low end integrated graphics.  Clock speed @ 200-600MHz vs the

    Intel HD4000 @ 350-1359MHz (the oldest intel HD graphics that has dedicated Win10 drivers).

    The Cherry Trail gpu should be able to run COD-AA, but you may not be able to use all high settings.

    Runescape. I'm not so sure. The original from 2001 yes, but the current version maybe not ?

    • You may be disappointed by the limitations of the Cheery Trail gpu. I reckon it would be better to wait and save

    for a tablet with an i3 or i5 with UHD 630 (clock speed - 350-1150MHz) as, Dave suggested.

    The AMD cpu's with integrated graphics are also worth a look as they generally offer better value for money.

    I believe some of the newer AMD igpu's have better performance than the current Intel UHD graphics.

    ok , thank you for the help however the tablet I'm trying to find is $400 to $300 I'm on a budget , I'm not going to play the newest games I'll be playing old games like medal of honor Allied Assault or runescape.

    No, that Surface has an Intel Quad-Core Atom x7-Z8700 processor, you need to look for a tablet with an Intel i3, i5 or i7 processor . . .

    Typically a tablet will not have the power of a PC or laptop, most likely you will not be able to play big, hardware intensive games, and the storage on a tablet is also usually very limited . . .

    But it depends on the tablet, please provide the Make and exact Model No. of the tablet you are referring to so I can check the specs of that for you

    For example most tablets cannot play large games, but something like a Surface would have very good specs . . .
