PC stuttering every 2 seconds with audio and video issues.

Since the windows 10 update half of September my computer keeps stuttering every 2 seconds. The first update a few weeks ago was fixed with a new update a few hours after with me checking for it every 10 minutes. Second time it was the same. 3th time there are no new updates from windows and I cant fix the issues.

I uninstalled and installed the latest audio and video drivers. I did look to see if there was any issues with the ssd, power, virtual memory and disks. Nothing. I did reset the machine. Nothing. I went to the event viewer and there are a few issues, but nothing that I have the knowledge to fix. I went to every forum I could find and nothing fix the problem. I don`t know what to do anymore.

The stuttering happens every 0,5 seconds. Please... Any help is good help.

I went to see what was updated during the night... It was something to do with Windows defender. I did stop completely the service (it took time). It is back to normal again... Jesus man...

Thanks for the reply man! I did try to run "bcdedit /set useplatformclock false" through CMD. I did reboot it. Nothing changed. The speed of the computer doesn't seems to be slower. Just the audio and video are Stuttering. The audio gets robotic for like 0,3 of a second every 2/3 seconds.

If you have any other idea. I`m happy to test it out.

    Cheers

At first I didnt see the "useplatformclock" in the bios. I did try the first command and it didnt work. The second one said that it was successful. So even not seeing it, I assume it is disable.

    The reddit pages show.

"Sorry, there doesn't seem to be anything here."

Can you provide your event logs? Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > right-click Applications and System logs respectively > Save all events as...

Also include system information by running msinfo32.exe > File > Save.
