wifi switch/button won't stay on

I have 2 laptops, one of them, I have no troubles with my wifi, the other laptop was working fine, but now, I can't access the internet because suddenly, my wifi switch/button will not stay on, it keeps sliding back to off. I have looked up answers on my one laptop on the internet and nothing suggested works.

The laptop I can't seem to keep the wifi switch on, is basically useless and I use this one more because it is an 8gb, where the one the works is a 4gb and keeps sending me warnings that I am running low on storage space. I am so frustrated, does anyone have an answer that works?

    Hi,
I would suggest you refer to the below options and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Option 1. Troubleshooting Wi-Fi connection issues in Windows 10.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/10741/...

Option 2. Configure the Wireless device power management.

    1. Press the Start Menu key.
    2. Type Device Manager and press the enter key.
    3. Double-click Network adapters.
    4. Double-click the Wireless adapter.
    5. Click the Power Management tab.
    6. Uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" checkbox.
    7. Click OK.
    8. Safely restart the PC.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let me know how it goes.

    Thank you!

    Sincerely,
    P. Blancaflor
