i bought this laptop 8 years ago and since then first time while starting a padge appeared saying american mega trends a weird red paramid sign and some copyright stuff why?

American Megatrends is your BIOS is that screen coming up when you start your PC and if so, are you unable to get into Windows?
Please take a photo of that screen and attach that to your next post, I need to see exactly what is on that screen including the red triangle . . .

Well done, Windows 10 updates will sometimes update your BIOS for security purposes, that is most likely what happened and the steps you have taken will have resolved this . . .
thanks for helping me actually i have a liitle bit of knowledge in computers so when it showed up i pressed nothing when happening it was stuck there i pressed f2 opened bios discard changes i didnt change anything laptop restarted and worked but i dont know if it will show uo again can u tell me if it does show why is it happening i can tell u what showed up like it shows up to everyone american megatrends and a triangle and then copyright stuff then it said setting up something like that
