no... i just prefer using control panel to settings, control panel is easier to use
Is there a way to get the full control panel back in windows 10?
I was using windows 8 for a while before i moved to windows 10 (a while back) and when i was in windows 8 i had the full control panel but now in windows 10 most of the control panel items open settings instead of going to the applet. even if i find the applets in system32. Is there a way to get all the control panel items back and stop them opening settings when run. (i found something in the registry that mentions settings and the control panel applets but i dont want to modify them just in case i change the wrong one)

2020-09-29T23:26:33+00:00 This is why I'm done with Windows 10. They literally won't let you use your own browser at all with Cortana. Windows 10 is heading towards complete automation and control over user choices. Private browsers, private operating systems like Qubes. That's your best bet. Just be done with Windows 10. It is a map of failure.
Try the Winaero Tweaker.

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .
It is no longer possible to have a full old Control Panel, not even with a registry hack, in Windows 10, Microsoft are slowly moving all settings over to that new Settings App
Are there some settings you are unable to locate in Windows 10?
I am Dave is entirely incorrect, i have win 10 pro and like you prefer to access the old control panel for ease of navigation. it is very simple to open. the commandline is: c:\windows\system32\control.exe type that into search or run and you will access it. If you go there a lot then put a shortcut direct to the taskbar, it's easy too; in search type: this pc <enter>and you will see the drives simply navigate to control.exe, right click it and choose send to desktop, then select it on the desktop and drag it onto the taskbar job done.

2020-09-09T09:51:43+00:00 Control Panel no longer contains all the items it used to. In later versions of Windows 10 some items that were previously in Control Panel have migrated to Settings.
You are correct though that you can still access and pin Control Panel to the Task Bar for easy access.
