I keep getting an "Access Denied" while trying to go to a simple website, like Lowes.com.  My computer says I don't have permission to access on this server.  Well, I have Windows 10 and working on a laptop at home.  I don't understand why I don't have access to everything.  No one else has access to this computer OR my internet provider.  In one of the answers to a previous question about this, someone said to clear history, cookies etc.  Someone else said to uninstall Chrome and reinstall.  I have done all of that and can't get to a simple website.  It's not like I am trying to **** something stupid.  I can't find anything that says anything about permissions.  I don't recall setting any guidelines of what can be accessed.  My computer doesn't ask me questions, it just denies me access!

I have the same problem and mine is because the web page or pages don't like that I have a VPN.

    Change your IP.

The akamai security service is blocking you because your IP (not specifically yours, but the range) is blacklisted.

Ditto on this problem.  I only have the problem with Lowes, using Chrome.  No issues with IE or Edge.  Perhaps a coincidence, but I do have a banner ad from Edge encouraging me to switch to Edge.  Sabotage?  Also, rebooted the pc and did not turn on the vpn and still have the issue.
