So, I deleted Chrome because it was not working right and I went to download it again and it said, "chromesetup.exe contained a virus and was deleted". I have no idea what to do, and I need it for school. Please help. I even checked all my files, looked at videos, I also checked my Recycle bin, and nothing was there. I really need it for school ASAP, please help.

Thank you.

Have you checked your security software? Which antivirus are you using?

Are you letting the first scan finish before trying the second command. Does it complete successfully?

You have an older version of Windows 10 that has an extension of support until November 2020 however it is missing the most recent build update. Do you have any updates waiting in Settings > Update and security.?

If McAfee is expire, you can remove it. After that, you can download chrome installer successfully.
