Minecraft OpenGL error on windows 10, Driver does not support OpenGL.

I loved to play Minecraft: Java edition on my Windows 7 32-bit computer and I recently decided to upgrade to Windows 10 ( free download) 64-bit since I had a x64 based processor. I went onto Minecraft and loaded the launcher but as soon as it exits the start page to bring the launcher it shows me an error that says "GLFW error 65542: WGL: The driver does not appear to support OpenGL. Please make sure you have up-to-date drivers( see aka.ms/mcdriver for instructions)." I've watched millions of videos on YouTube and websites on google on how to fix the error and none of them helped. I also tried updating my driver and windows says it's the best driver for my computer. The only piece of support I've gotten was that WDDM drivers don't work with OpenGL. I checked my driver and it was in-fact a WDDM driver, so I tried downloading a different driver and my computer doesn't meet the minimum system requirements needed for Nvidia. Please help me on what to do and if to download a new driver( I am using a duo 2 core processor, dell, if that helps)

I deleted the driver and it brought back my old driver( which is a smaller screen since my windows 7 was on a smaller monitor) and when I restarted the computer, while it was turning on it said wait one minute, then it came back to windows 10 and I checked my device manager and it downloaded the exact same driver again. I tried Minecraft once more and it brought the error again.

I'll try the website one more time.

Edit: I tried the website and when I got to the part where I had to enter the commands it said-

I can't go a day on my computer without it bringing an error.

Thank you for trying to solve my problem about the OpenGL error. I have now solved it by purchasing a new computer.  I now have an Intel core i7-2600 octa-core processor.

Hello. Thank you for answering quickly, but I'm not actually using a laptop, I'm using a desktop computer(the one with a screen and a monitor at the bottom). My computer model is OptiPlex 380, which is DELL.

    Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU     E7500

    2.93GHz

    Installed RAM          4.00 GB

    Windows 10 Pro

Edit: also I checked my folders and it says I already have an opengl32.dll file(I saw it)

    Please answer back

Need more hardware details. The CPU = Core 2 duo  and the machine is Dell.

What do you have for a graphics card and PSU?
