WHEA INTERNAL ERROR

I believe my computer recently updated last night and this morning when I went to start, it won't get past the blue screen with the error code WHEA INTERNAL ERROR.

This is what happens:

I go to turn on the computer for the first time today, it boots a little and gets past displaying the logo. A circle appears as normal but it abruptly stops, then the blue screen shows. WHEA INTERNAL ERROR. The computer then collects some data and attempts to restart, then the problem happens again.

Eventually it ends up in "Automatic Repair." I don't know what to do from there.

I cannot start in safe mode.

Help asap would be greatly appreciated, I need the computer for work.

SFC/ SCANNOW could not be completed.  Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

I ran SFC/ VERIFYNOW and it said

Windows Resource Protection found integrity violations.

For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.

For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

If the WHEA_INTERNAL_ERROR error is caused by a corrupt system file, the SFC scan will fix it.

Here's how to run SFC scanner on Windows 10:

Right-click the Start Menu button and open Command Prompt (Admin).

Enter the following line and press Enter: sf c / scannow

Please wait until the process has finished (it may take a while).

If the solution is found, it will be applied automatically.

Now, close the command prompt and restart your computer.

Ok I followed Troubleshoot> Advanced options> Startup Settings> Restart. It displays a bunch of options which include safe mode (4). Is this where I hold Windows Key + X? Or do I have to try to launch in safe mode again (It did not work last time)?
