That did not solve my problem unfortunately as I know how to click on bluetooth -> connect, is then that the problem starts.
JBL Headphones not recognised as audio via bluetooth
Hi!
I'm trying to connect my JBL Headphones 300tws to my ASUS laptop with windows 10. It does see them, but doesnt recognise them as headphones, but as a smartphone as you can see in the screenshot. So I can't use them with my laptop.
I also have a JBL speaker, this connects with windows fine and is automatically recognised as a speaker.
The headphones work great with my phone so it seems to be a windows problem. I've checked the bluetooth drivers for updates and tried to forget all devices and try again, but nothing has worked so far.
Hope anyone can help me, thanks!

2020-10-21T13:48:26+00:00 Hi Yara,
I got the same trouble. I found the solution in the JBL site https://support.jbl.com/us/en/product-support/bluetooth-pairing-guide.html. Remember to delete the jbl 300tws entry from the bluetooth devices list before you begin the procedure.
You must put the Jbl 300TWS back in its case and then follow the instructions from the JBL page.
Hope have helped you,
Anibal

2020-12-02T14:39:04+00:00 you have to open the bluetooth settings by searching in the taskbar if you have that option
> then you have to add it manually if it doesn't find it in the quick pair drop down. go to add bluetooth or other devices.
