Greetings workshop 2.0.

Norton added  life lock to my computer and I haven't been able to use my greeting workshop since. It is saying " I am having trouble with a data base" and will not let me into the hundreds of projects I have created and saved.  I miss this program sooooo much, I used it daily.  I took my computer into PC Laptop to see if they could fix the problem

and they said the program was to old. Is there  a newer program that does the same thing as the 2.0 that I can purchase? If I have life lock removed and keep my Norton protection will this bring my greeting workshop back?

Hello, I’m Virginia an independent advisor with 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

    Which Windows 10 build are you running - 1903, 1909 or 2004?

As the problem began after Norton installed Life Lock then I would suggest you try disabling this & see if the program works.

If not then do you have the disc/installer for the program? If so try reinstalling the program again. Also try running the program using compatibility mode for the Windows version it was made for.
