Hello,
Any recommendations for uninstalling a distribution point role which is acting strange... packages are taking days to be distributed
Any recommendation to reinstall fresh as it is a new Distribution role.
I have checked already:

You have mentioned that it is taking days for the content to copy. If that is the case then it is is highly unlikely that a re-installation of the DP role will fix this. If the issue is slow copying then you need to address that.
