When I click the exe file, I get the message say that "you administrator has blocked this application because it potentially poses a security risk to your computer." This is my home PC, and I am not on a network, and I am the administrator. I have turned off the firewall in Windows defender, but still get this message.

Finally got around to going through all 3 options, including reg edit command. I am still getting the same message, when I try to run the setup.exe file,  "Your administrator has blocked this application from running, because it poses a security risk". Any other ideas, as Fidelity tells me it is a Microsoft issue. thanks for your help

    Method 2:

    • Go to Control Panel
    • Go to User Accounts then Change User Account Control settings
    • Drag the slider control to Never notify and click OK to apply the change you made
    • Check if it will push through with the installation afterwards

    Method 3:

    • Open command prompt and Run it as an Administrator
    • Type in the command below:

    reg.exe ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
