    Hi Robert,

    I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

    All the desktop icons share the same size. Right-click an empty area of the taskbar, choose view>Medium/small icons depending on your preference.

    Hi Robert,

    Icons can be scaled up/down to size only. Do you find only the recycle bin icon bigger only? Can you share a screenshot?
