There are several entries that, in my experience, are signs of malware:

HKLM \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Image File Execution Options

    HKLM \ Software \ Wow6432Node \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Image File Execution Options

    HKLM \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Session Manager \ KnownDlls

The files are not signed with a trusted certificate and use a confuse nomenclature.

Let's validate. Right click on any file listed under the categories listed above and select check virusTotal. This will open your browser and will show you the result of online scan about that file. If the result confirms the presence of malware you must scan your pc.

Please, download this tool and execute a full scan.

    After finishing the process :

    sfc /scannow

    It is showing:

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

But then also i am getting these two pop up errors mentioned above.

Hi, my name is Jose. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you. I'll be glad to help you today.

Those are Windows system files. The best way to fix the issue is using DISM and SFC tools. Please, follow the instructions from this link:

Please, download Autoruns tool and run it. Wait until the tool collect all information about thread that are loaded with Windows startup, then click the save button and create a result file, then share that file with me.
