Hi, after Windows 10 update i cant change graphics settings in Nvidia Control Panel, it says "obecnie wybieraniem karty graficznej zarządza system operacyjny windows" (its in polish) which means "currently selecting a graphics card is managed by the windows operating system"
and when I click the text that says "Ustawienia grafikii systemu Windows" (Windows graphics settings) it opens this window

Rozwijasz listę w oknie które się otworzyło zmieniasz "Aplikacja klasyczna" na "Aplikacja ze sklepu Microsoft Store". Następnie otworzy się lista programów, wśród nich wybierasz "Nvidia control panel". Po wybraniu tej opcji na dole otworzy się okienko i będzie można zmienić z zintegrowanej karty na dedykowaną. Dzisiaj właśnie zaktualizowałem system, Microsoft lepiej wie której karty chcemy używać ...
