Itunes cannot remove previous installation (despite all efforts)

I have followed this uninstall procedure offered up by Apple Support without success:

https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204275

The Microsoft Store successfully downloads Itunes, but when I click "install" this error surfaces. "Your previous iTunes installation must be removed before continuing" followed by "iTunes could not remove your previous installation"

I simply cannot remove iTunes, as it keeps getting detected.

Please help.

Researched the error code and followed instructions to get rid of Microsoft store. Then downloaded iTunes through Ninite.com

    SOLVED!

All registry keys identified by Revo were deleted. I'm still getting the same messages when running the installer from the Microsoft Store.

Do you have any other advice?

You can delete the files in the registry with the problem, because itune must have uninstalled them incorrectly.

But, Before doing this, go make a backup in the registry.

    Proceed as follows.

Press windows + r keys and type: regedit

Then open 'files' and 'export' to save it somewhere on your computer.

    Please close the registry now.

    Now try again

Hi Marco, I appreciate the reply. Here's what I'm getting when I run that program. 4 entries found:

    Apple Application Support 32 bit

    Apple Application Support 64 bit

    Apple Mobile Device Support

    Apple Software Update

When I try and uninstall them..I get a message saying they aren't installed, but lots of registry stuff found when scanned.
