.msi Enscape not able to been install

Hi there,

I followed other threats about this topic but im still not able to install the program.

I tried everything. From clean boot, to cmd and Service... I seriosly need this program to be installed :( Any help??

    Thanks. Some command is incorrect - I copied it from Enscape forum so it may not be correct.

    Have you ever installed any previous version before, which you may have uninstalled?

    Is there only Enscape that is failing to install?

    Do you get an error message before the program fails?

    From the forums of theirs, see if installing for All users helps:

    msiexec.exe /i Enscape.msi ALLUSERS=1 /log install-log.txt

    how about this command?

    msiexec.exe /i Enscape.msi /L C:\install-log.txt

    You may need to run an elevated CMD.

    Hi Sumit,

    So far, its only Enscape. I am also the Administrator of my laptop. 

    I also did the comand line you suggested and this came out.
